Shrvan refilling plant

Shravan refilling plants are situated in Chennai and Gurgaon. In Chennai it is at  Plot no.153, SIDCO Industrial estate , Thirimazhisai, Chennai 600 124. In Gurgaon it is at 138, Pioneer Industrial park, Bilaspur Chowk, Village Patredi, Gurgaon 122 413.

Chennai Location : On the Poonamalle - Bangalore high road - Estate entrance Opposite to Chembrambakkam bus stop - Get in and take the first right turn , Left turn at the last, first right turn, left turn at the last . Land mark : Opposite Sheen lac paints and adjascent to Waterjet.

Gurgaon Location : 138, Pioneer Industrial park , Bilaspur chouk, Village Pathredi , Gurgaon 122 413

Considering the rising demand from the market , for prompt supply  and delivery of quality refrigerant gases,  Shravan has put up the refrigerant filling units , one  in Chennai in the year 2007 and for serving the Customers in the north India a plant is constructed near Bilaspur , Gurgaon . Shravan is also solidly associated with the major Indian producer of Mettron-22 refrigerant, Chemplast Sanmar Ltd , and are the dealers for this product in India.
 
Shravan re-filling units handles de-bulking of all refrigeration and air conditioning gases. In this process Shravan factories handles over 9,000 numbers of cylinders and 350 numbers of toners including their cleaning, painting and maintenance, besides circulation and recovery. All the cylinders and toners are procured by Shravan , with the certification and approval of the CCOE and BIS.
 
The filling units are equipped with most modern, state of the art , automatic filling machines operated by well experienced technicians to take out quality products.
 
The filling process is fully automatic and the accuracy of the material transfer is well controlled by adequate control equipments. The operation is done under absolute safe conditions .
 
Shravan , in the filling units, has facility, automatically , to fill ISO tank into Storage tank , storage tank to toners and toners into 62,25,and 10 Kg Cylinders as demanded by the market. A storage tanks of 20 KL Capacity are installed in both the plants , for Suva 134a in Chennai and 410A in Gurgaon , to cater , fully , to the market needs.
 
The filling process, the units and the storage facilities are fully approved and Licensed by the Chief Controller Of Explosives, Nagpur. The units also has the approval of all other statutory obligations applicable to deemed manufacturing units.
 
The filling unit, being situated in the fully developed industrial estates ,  in Chennai  and Gurgaon , it has all the infrastructural facilities required on call. The units are ready to cater any demands of the market, 24 x 7,  promptly .
 
The filling units are constructed as per international standards and guidelines and are monitored periodically by the experts from Dupont U.S.A and Chemplast Sanmar Ltd , Chennai,
